CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (April 12, 2024) - Milligan University men's tennis battled to the very end but came up just short of advancing in the 2024 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Tournament, falling 4-2 to fifth-seeded University of Pikeville (Ky.) on Friday.

Men’s and Women’s Tennis take down Truett McConnell for AAC wins
CLEVELAND, Ga. (March 2, 2024) – The Milligan University men’s and women’s tennis teams picked up their first Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) wins of the season at Truett McConnell on Saturday. The Buffs took a 7-0 win in the women’s match and a 6-1 men’s victory. Milligan’s men also took on Indiana Wesleyan and fell 4-2.

Tennis defeated by nationally-ranked Cumberlands
WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. (February 24, 2024) – The Milligan University tennis teams took on a pair of nationally-ranked units from the University of the Cumberlands on Saturday afternoon. Milligan fell to No. 14 Cumberlands 5-2 in the women's match and 6-1 to the No. 11 Patriots in the men's contest.

MILLIGAN, Tenn. (February 22, 2024) – The Milligan University tennis teams began Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) play against a pair of top-five ranked Tennessee Wesleyan squads on Thursday at the Mathes Tennis Center. The Buffs dropped both matches 7-0.

WISE, Va. (October 7, 2023) – The Milligan University tennis teams traveled to Virginia to take on UVA Wise on Saturday. The Buffs took a 7-0 win in the women’s match and fell 4-3 on the men’s side.

MILLIGAN, Tenn. (September 15, 2023) – The Milligan University tennis teams hosted Emory & Henry in nonconference action on Friday at the Mathes Tennis Center. The Buffs won the men’s match 5-2 and fell to the Wasps 5-2 in the women’s match.

Tennis season ends in AAC Tournament quarterfinals
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (April 13, 2023) – The Milligan University men’s and women’s tennis teams had their season come to an end in the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Tournament quarterfinals at the Champions Club Tennis Complex on Thursday. Milligan’s men were edged 4-3 by Montreat in the opening round of matches while the women fell to No. 21 SCAD Atlanta 4-0 on Thursday evening after a lengthy rain delay.

ATLANTA (March 31, 2023) – The Milligan University tennis teams squared off with SCAD Atlanta at the Bitsy Grant Tennis Center on Friday afternoon. The Buffs’ men won 5-2 while the women fell to the No. 21 Bees 5-2.
