The Milligan University sports communications office provides complete information and media services regarding the institution's 31 intercollegiate sports. The department is responsible for all public and media relations pertaining to athletics, athletic department publications, the athletic department's website, athletics social media, statistical and historical record-keeping for all sports, and other promotional activities surrounding the athletic department.

INTERVIEW REQUESTS
All interviews with Milligan University coaches, student-athletes and staff members must be arranged through the sports communications office. Interview requests should be sent to the sports communications office at least 24 hours in advance unless the interview will take place after a game, match or other athletic contest.
Locker rooms are generally off limits to members of the media for postgame interviews. However, interviews may be conducted on the field/court or outside locker room entrances. Please respect the coaching staff and student-athletes by allowing them a brief time to cool down, if necessary.
RECORDS
Record books containing all available information on the history and records for each sport were introduced in 2015. Featured items include results archives, competition records for careers and single seasons, all-time awards recipients, all-time rosters, and more. STATISTICS
As of the 2021-22 academic year, Milligan University uses PrestoSports Stats, the official statistics software of the NAIA, to provide statistics for women's volleyball, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's basketball, baseball and softball. Unofficial statistics for these sports can also be found through www.milliganbuffs.com--directly linked to game stories, player profile pages, etc.
Milligan also provides comprehensive tennis stats each season through the Stat Crew Automated Scoring program. Links to tennis stats can be found on the men's and women's tennis pages at www.milliganbuffs.com.
LIVE STATS
Milligan University's sports information office makes every effort to provide live stats for all home events. Our apologies in advance for any foreseen or unforeseen setbacks such as technological difficulties, weather-related issues or multiple events occurring at the same time.
