MILLIGAN, Tenn. (May 11, 2022) - The Milligan University Men's Volleyball team enjoyed a successful season in its eighth year.

The Milligan College men’s volleyball team claimed their first win of the season, sweeping Appalachian State University on Sunday, Feb. 2 inside Steve Lacy Fieldhouse.

The Milligan College men’s volleyball team opened up their season on Jan. 22 and have already played three matches. Despite falling to the opposing team in each of the matches, the team has shown improvement amidst unideal results.

With 12 matches under their belt and four more to go in the 2018 season, the Milligan men's volleyball team continues to display improvement with a new head coach, Kylie Whaley, Milligan's women's volleyball assistant coach.

Hunter Thomas of Chilhowie High School in Chilhowie, Virginia, has added his name to the roster of the Milligan men's volleyball team for the 2015-16 season.

The Milligan men's volleyball team continued the spring season with a loss to the University of Tennessee's club team Wednesday night inside Steve Lacy Fieldhouse. UT won all three official games, 25-11, 25-14, 25-20, although the two teams competed a little longer, playing extra points for the work and fun, and to let fans see some more action.
