Men's volleyball falls to Bluefield
The Milligan College men's volleyball team was unable to find the answers Tuesday evening against Bluefield College as they fell 3-0 (25-16, 25-15, 25-20).

BLUEFIELD, Va. (March 4, 2015) – The Milligan College men's volleyball team was unable to find the answers Tuesday evening against Bluefield College as they fell 3-0 (25-16, 25-15, 25-20).
Teddy Hesterman led Milligan in the effort with five kills and 10 digs, as Hobie Vannoy recorded all 12 Milligan assists in the match, adding two solo blocks and eight digs.
Christopher Shaw matched Vannoy with eight digs of his own, and Joshua Foote recorded four kills and five digs.
Strong Bluefield defense held the Buffs to only 16 kills in the three-set matchup. The Rams presented a stone wall at the net, knocking down 13 blocks against Milligan and returning 33 kills of their own.
Bluefield was led by Daniel Williams who recorded 10 kills and seven digs in the match. Isaiah Williams had 20 assists on the 33 total kills for Bluefield.
Milligan will return home to face off against Bryan College on March 5 after the first game time was rescheduled due to weather. Game time is set for 6:30 p.m.
