16 Milligan Women's XC Runners Named Academic All-AAC, Championship Race Looms

16 Milligan women's cross country runners were named Academic All-AAC honorees on Thursday afternoon, as the team prepares for the AAC Championships Friday morning

WALESKA, Ga. - On Thursday, the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) named their women's cross country Academic All-AAC honorees ahead of the AAC Championships on Friday morning, where the remainder of the season's awards will be announced. Milligan boasted a conferece-best 16 academic honorees, besting Montreat, who had 12.

To qualify for the All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must be a sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.25 or above.
