Track & Field set top times and personal bests at Lee Last Chance Meet
CLEVELAND, Tenn. (May 12, 2024) - Milligan University track & field collected a few more NAIA top times and numerous personal bests at the Lee University (Tenn.) Last Chance Meet on Saturday.
CLEVELAND, Tenn. (May 12, 2024) - Milligan University track & field collected a few more NAIA top times and numerous personal bests at the Lee University (Tenn.) Last Chance Meet on Saturday.
The meet was loaded with top NAIA and NCAA Division II competitors.
Aaron Jones recorded the fourth-best time in the NAIA in the men's 5000 as he crossed the line in 14:14, which earned him fourth place.
Keith Fletcher finished seventh in the men's 110 hurdles as he posted a personal best time of 14.46 seconds, which ranks him 19th in the NAIA in the event.
Bryn Woodall crossed the line 10th in the men's 800 with a time of 1:50.27, earning him a personal best and the fourth-fastest time in the event in the NAIA this season.

- Men's 800 - Sylas Chambers (1:53.89); Carter Windham (1:55.69); Aaron Gottlied (2:01.40)
- Men's 3000 steeplechases - Alex Brittain (9:39.24)
- Women's 1500 - McKenzie Fitzgerald (4:51.58)
- Women's 400 - Megan Christian (59.65)
- Women's 200 - Megan Christian (26.38)
Next up for Milligan is the NAIA National Championship Meet on May 22-24 in Marion, Ind.
