WALESKA, Ga. - On Monday, the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) announced the Women's Swimmer of the Week award had gone to Mary Grace Bitting of Milligan University as the first honoree of the 2024-25 season. Bitting reached three provisional qualifying marks in the Buffs' dual meet against WVU Tech on Saturday, notching those times in the 200 Freestyle, 50 Freestyle and 100 Butterfly.

Bitting is in her junior season with the Buffs and had a personal-best mark in her 50 Freestyle performance against WVU Tech inside the Steve Lacy Fieldhouse pool.
