Natlie Roper honored as AAC Offensive Player of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. (October 2, 2023) – Milligan University freshman Natalie Roper has been tabbed as the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.

Roper scored twice in a pair of AAC wins for the Buffs over Bluefield and Johnson last week. Her penalty kick goal in the 74th minute against the Royals proved to be the game-winners as the Buffs moved over .500 for the first time this season at 5-4-1 overall and 4-2 in league play.

Roper has scored in four consecutive AAC games and ranks third in the league with 10 goals and 22 points.

The Buffs take on St. Andrews on Monday afternoon and travel to Reinhardt on Saturday.
