Buffs Women's Bowling Places Sixth in NAIA Southeast Regional Baker Games
ATLANTA, Ga. – On Sunday, the Milligan University women's bowling squad placed sixth of 10 squads in the NAIA Southeast Regional Baker Games in Atlanta.
Across 25 Baker Games, Milligan scored 4,073 pins. The Buffaloes' best game came in their 16th Baker, as they totaled 214 pins in that one. As a squad, Allison Robbins, Braeton Wilson, Emilea Sturk, Emily Cheesman, Emily King, Laci MacQuisten, Taylor Davis and Taylor Phillips were responsible for the total.
The JV team finished second of three, as they knocked down 4,189 pins. Alexis Wright, Gianna Bringham, Gracie Wyatt, Makayla Pounds, Molly Burnett and Olivia VanHooser were able to contribute to that mark.
Milligan returns on Feb. 15-16 at the Hoosier Classic "Tier 1" tourney in Indianapolis, Ind., which will be followed by the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) Championships in Savannah, Ga. on Feb. 21-22.
