MONTGOMERY, Ala. - On Tuesday afternoon, the Southern States Athletic Conference announced their winners for this week's SSAC Men's and Women's Bowlers of the Week. Both awards were won by Milligan, as Nate Trentler took home the men's recognition and Emilee Horton was the women's honoree.

Trentler came in sixth place at the Lynne Jordan Memorial in Louisville, Ky. on Saturday, bowling a scoring average of 227 pins across four games to help the squad to a fourth-place finish out of 21 attending programs.

Horton's efforts in both the Lynne Jordan Memorial on Saturday and the Thomas Burris Memorial on Sunday were impressive, as she finished eighth on day one and fourth on day two as an individual. She bowled a perfect 300 in one of her team games on Sunday to help push the squad to a runner-up finish overall.
