MONTGOMERY, Ala. (January 23, 2024) – Milligan University graduate student Brianna Rickert was honored as the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) Women’s Bowler of the Week on Tuesday.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (January 23, 2024) – Milligan University graduate student Brianna Rickert was honored as the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) Women's Bowler of the Week on Tuesday.

Rickert notched a pair of top-15 finishes at the Mid-South Conference's Lynne Jordan and Thomas Burris Memorial over the weekend.

Rickert placed seventh at the Lynne Jordan Memorial with 1,063 pins (212.6 average) across five games. She followed that performance with an 11th-place showing at the Thomas Burris Memorial where she cleared 965 pins (193.0 average).

Milligan posted its top team finish of the season as the Buffs were the team runner-up at the Thomas Burris Memorial.

Milligan returns to action at the NAIA Southeastern Open in two weeks.
