WALESKA, Ga. - The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) announced this afternoon that Jaycie Jenkins has won the WinWon AAC Women's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week honors for the second straight week. This award was presented for Jenkins' efforts Jan. 6-12 in two wins against AAC opponents.

It was another splendid week for the Milligan graduate student, who averaged 23 points per game this week in 82-63 and 116-47 wins over Tennessee Wesleyan and Kentucky Christian. She racked up a double-double in the contest at TWU, where she scored 26 points and reeled in 11 rebounds. She shot the rock at 16-of-25 (64%) for the week, while connecting from deep on 8-of-13 (61.5%) tries and went a perfect 6-of-6 from the free-throw line.

This is Jenkins' second time in 2024-25 being named as a Player of the Week by the AAC.
