WALESKA, Ga. - On Monday afternoon, the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) revealed their Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week recipient as Bryn Woodall of Milligan University. Woodall earned the award for his performance at the Pirate Cross Country Invitational, hosted by East Carolina University on Friday, Oct. 4 in Greenville, N.C.

In the race, Woodall finished seventh and posted a 24:03.3 time, which is his best mark this season. His run helped make it possible for the Buffs to finish seventh as a team out of 21 teams, including 19 NCAA Division I outfits.

The Men of Milligan will be back running at the NAIA Appalchian Challenge on Saturday, Oct. 26 in Knoxville, Tenn. at Sequoyah Park.
