"Even if someone wasn't completely happy with a performance today, I felt like the entire group competed in every single event and there is a lot to gain from their effort," said head coach Chris Layne. "Obviously, our 3k's were strong, Patricia and Sylas hit national marks and then we got quality reps for a lot of folks that needed them and those races will pay off when our championships roll around."
The Buffs return to the JDL Fast Track on Friday for the JDL Thursday College Classic.
