Six Buffs make AAC All-Academic tennis teams

The Appalachian Athletic Conference announced Wednesday the All-Academic Teams for men’s and women’s tennis, with six members of the Milligan College teams earning a spot on the list.

MILLIGAN COLLEGE, Tenn. (April 8, 2020) – The Appalachian Athletic Conference announced Wednesday the All-Academic Teams for men's and women's tennis, with six members of the Milligan College teams earning a spot on the list.

Freshman Landon Brown and junior Charlie Moseley earned spots on the men's team. Junior Rachel Dove, junior Karson Light, senior Minda Martin and sophomore Hannah Nelson earned spots on the women's team.

Additionally, freshman Jose Giler and Martin represented Milligan on the AAC Champions of Character teams.

To be eligible for the All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must carry a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.25 and be a sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student.
