No. 11 Milligan Men's Soccer Earns Trip to Marion Regional for NAIA Men's Soccer First and Second Rounds
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – On Saturday afternoon, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the full 40-team NAIA Men's Soccer National Championship First and Second Rounds bracket. The No. 11-ranked Milligan University men's soccer squad earned a bid to the event and will take part in the Marion, Ind. Regional, which is hosted by No. 7-ranked Indiana Wesleyan University and also includes No. 18-ranked Madonna University (Mich.).
Milligan makes its fifth straight appearance in the NAIA men's soccer national championship tournament. The Buffs earned an at-large bid to the national tournament.
The Buffaloes finished the season at No. 11 in the final NAIA Top 25 coaches' poll. They were unbeaten in their 17 games of the 2024 season and carry a 12-0-5 record into the national tournament.
On Thursday, Nov. 21, the Buffs will tangle with the Madonna Crusaders at 7 p.m. The winner of that matchup will move on to play the hosts, Indiana Wesleyan on Saturday, Nov. 23 at 5 p.m., with a trip to the final site of the 2024 NAIA Men's Soccer National Championship.
