Men’s Bowling finishes 29th at Tier 1 Bowlero Southern Classic
MARIETTA, Ga. (November 7, 2021) – The Milligan University men’s bowling team finished 29th at the Buffs’ first-ever Tier 1 event, the Bowlero Southern Classic over the weekend.

Milligan accumulated a total pinfall of 8,994 from six games of individual play on Saturday and baker games on Sunday.
Tristan Crawford led the Buffs with a total pinfall of 1126 pins (187.7 average) in six individual games. He finished 69th in a field of over 200 individual bowlers and posted three games of 198 pins or more, including a high of 201 in his round.
Christian Brown and Jameson Whaley also earned spots in the top 100 on Saturday. Brown knocked down 998 total pins to finish 89th while Whaley was 94th at 985 pins.
Cooper Brackins was 105th and Matthew Richards finished 114th. The Buffs totaled 4,934 pins in individual play.
Milligan racked up 4,060 pins in baker play on Sunday to finish their first Tier 1 event 29th overall.
The Milligan men's bowling team is idle next weekend before heading to the Southeast Match Play Challenge in South Carolina on Nov. 20-21.
