Bio

Dr. Shannon Hogan is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Milligan. He enters his first season as the Buffs' goalkeeper coach in 2023.

He is a former missionary to Ghana, West Africa, a church planter, and a world traveler. He is the 2014 recipient of the Confessore award for best dissertation and a Beta Phi Scholar. He is the 2013 recipient of the Tom Wade Distinguished Scholar Award. He is a member of the Society of Christian Ethics. His scholarly interests are Leadership, Self-Directed Learning and Autonomous Learning, which provided him the opportunity to present a paper at the 2013 Autonomous Learning World Caucus in Oxford, England.

Dr. Hogan has a B.A. from Lee University and an M.A. and Ph.D. from Regent University.
