Kiara Pankins is beginning her first season with the Milligan women’s basketball program, bringing a variety of experience and positive energy from her time at Lindsey Wilson College. Kiara served as a graduate assistant for two years, from the 2022-2024 seasons, where she took on the role of JV head coach and assisted with the varsity team.

Kiara's basketball journey began as a collegiate women’s basketball player at Lindsey Wilson College, where she played from 2017-2021. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2022 and went on to earn her MBA degree in 2024, both from Lindsey Wilson College. Her active involvement on campus made her a well-known and respected figure among peers and faculty alike.

A Lexington, Ky. native, Kiara made her mark in girls' basketball across the state at Lafayette High School. With a long resume of playing and now coaching, she has discovered a passion and purpose for guiding and mentoring young athletes. 

Kiara is excited to begin her new journey as a Buffalo and is eager to contribute in any way she can to the success of the Milligan women’s basketball program.
