Milligan Fall Sports Boast 55 NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athletes
MILLIGAN, Tenn. – Milligan University had 55 student-athletes from fall sports teams collect Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete status, with the honorees being recognized last week by the NAIA.
To be honored as a Scholar-Athlete, the student-athletes must achieve at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average and have attended one full year at their current institution.
Milligan's women's soccer team led all fall sports teams with 15 honorees. Men's and women's cross country had 13 each, men's soccer had nine and volleyball had five.
