Cheer & dance adds nine with 2018 signing class
Nine new members signed with the Milligan College cheer and dance teams for the 2018-2019 season, announced spirit coordinator <dfn><a href="/staff.aspx?staff=115" rel="smarttag" rev="115">Chelsea Woodacre</a></dfn>.

MILLIGAN COLLEGE, Tenn. (Aug. 2, 2018) – Nine new members signed with the Milligan College cheer and dance teams for the 2018-2019 season, announced spirit coordinator Chelsea Woodacre.
The class includes six cheerleaders, two dancers and one manager.
The signees are listed below.
Cheer
"I feel like we have a very strong incoming class of freshmen that will help excel this team to where we need to go," said Woodacre. "These girls are very athletic – we have good tumblers, strong stunters and just all-around good cheerleaders. On top of this, they are coming in with a lot of academic accomplishments. I think this class will really thrive here at Milligan, both academically and athletically. I am very eager to see what this season holds for us."
Mercedes Barnett

Abby Dotson

"Jerica and Kali come from strong dance backgrounds, and I think they are perfect additions to the dance program here at Milligan. I am excited to see both of them really develop as dancers. I think their addition to this team will help bring the energy we need to drive us to grow and be better. We've already got good talent on our team, but they add just a touch more personality," said Woodacre.
