2001 HALL OF FAME INDUCTEE | JERRY CRAYCRAFT
Jerry Craycraft played basketball at Milligan from 1973 to 1977 and scored 1,574 points in his career. He led the Buffs to three 20-win seasons (1975, 1976, 1977) and an 87-43 (66.9%) overall record.
Craycraft played in 130 games for Milligan, averaging double figures in scoring all four seasons, and at one time held the distinction as the only Milligan player drafted by a professional team. He was selected by the New York Knicks in the sixth round of the 1977 NBA Draft.
Craycraft was co-captain for the Buffs in the 1976-77 season.
Craycraft resides in Wooster, Ohio, with his wife Julie Craycraft. They are members of West Hills Baptist Church and have three daughters: Jana, Jenna, and Jade. Craycraft is currently self-employed as an agricultural commodities broker.
