Kolbie Greene wins AAC Setter of the Week for third time

WALESKA, Ga. (October 30, 2023) – Milligan University junior Kolbie Greene was selected as the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Setter of the Week for the third time this season, the league office announced on Monday.

Greene totaled 95 assists across 10 sets in three Milligan victories last week over Kentucky Christian, Reinhardt and Truett McConnell.

Greene had 40 assists and 18 dings in the Buffs' four-set win at Reinhardt. She followed that effort with 30 assists and 13 digs in a sweep over the Bears.

Greene ranks third in the AAC with 9.68 assists per set and 17th in the 15-team league with 3.10 digs per set.

The Buffs own a 23-6 record (17-2 AAC) and sit in second place in the conference standings. Milligan can clinch a top-two seed in the AAC Tournament with a win tomorrow evening at Tennessee Wesleyan.
