MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) revealed the winners of this week's conference Bowlers of the Week on Tuesday, with Milligan University's Emily Cheesman earning the women's award. She placed second at the Tier 1 Bowlero Southern Collegiate Classic in Marietta, Ga., scoring 1,300 pins across six team games.

Cheesman averaged 216.67 pins across those games, and helped push her squad to a third-place finish overall. This is her fourth career honor and her first this season.
