WALESKA, GA. - Milligan University men's outdoor track athlete, Luis Peralta, was named the Appalachian Athletic Conference Men's Track Athlete of the Week for his efforts on the week of Mar. 17-23 at the Lee University Invitational on Mar. 21-22. It is Peralta's first AOTW honor of the outdoor season.

Peralta had a stellar weekend, notching a pair of NAIA 'B' qualifying standards in the 800m and the 1500m. He won both events, posting times of 1:51.15 and 3:50.87, respectively.
