The men were 5-6 overall and won four of their last five, the only loss during that stretch coming against No. 23 Missouri Valley College.
Charlie Moseley, a junior from Bristol, Tennessee, led Milligan with a 7-3 singles record, and he was a perfect 4-0 at No. 6. In fact, Moseley won five of his last six matches, only losing in a super tiebreaker against No. 23 Missouri Valley.
Following Moseley were Carter Rigsby, who went 6-4, including 4-3 at No. 5 singles, and Derian Janeke, who also went 6-4 and was 3-0 when competing in the top three in singles. Rigsby, from Yucaipa, California, started his freshman season 4-0. Janeke, from Middelburg, Mpumalanga, South Africa, finished his freshman season strong, going 4-1 in the last five and only losing against No. 23 Missouri Valley.
In doubles, Moseley and Rigsby led the way with a 6-1 record at No. 3 doubles. The pair won twice against national top 25 competition: 7-5 against No. 10 Union and 6-2 against No. 23 Missouri Valley.
Seniors Mason Grear and Taylor Graalman also were able to wrap up their final seasons on a high note, combining for five singles wins on the final road trip and pairing together six times during the season, winning four. They punctuated their Milligan careers with a win together over Lawrence Tech in the final match of the season.
