Cycling sending 11 cyclists to Collegiate Cyclocross National Championships

MILLIGAN, Tenn. (December 7, 2022) – The Milligan University cycling team is sending seven men and two women to Hartford, Conn. to compete in the 2022 USA Cycling Collegiate Cyclocross National Championships on Dec. 8-9.

Marjie Bemis, Makayla MacPherson, Genevieve Plum and Megan Jastrab made up Milligan's women's unit at CX nationals. Trevor August, James Berkheimer, Asa Holiday, Elijah Johnson, Brody McDonald, Adin Papell and William Seitz are set to compete on the men's side.

Last winter, McDonald was the Buffs' top finisher with a seventh-place showing in the men's race. Bemis took 14th in the women's race. The Buffs posted a sixth-place showing in the team relay last winter.
