Bio

Ryland Byrd joined the Milligan tennis staff for the 2019-20 season and is entering his second season as assistant coach.

Byrd graduated from the University of Mary Washington in 2019, earning his degree in Business Administration.

While at Mary Washington his tennis team made it to the sweet 16 of the Division 3 national tournament his senior year, and he was ranked 18th in the nation for doubles his sophomore year. 

Byrd is originally from Jonesborough, Tennessee, and attended Science Hill High School.
