Jeff Herman joined the Milligan University bowling program as an assistant coach ahead of the 2023-24 season. Herman is a 20-year member of the Professional Bowlers Association and spent the previous 14 years as the pro shop manager of Robins Lanes Pro Shop at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia.

A 27-year veteran of the United States Air Force, Herman retired as a Chief Master Sergeant (e-9) and competed on numerous base teams. He graduated from Hawaii Pacific University in 2001 with a bachelor of science degree in Human Resource Management.

Herman is a IBPSIA certified pro shop technician, a USBC Silver level certified coach, a Kegal Training Center certified two-handed coach and is pursuing a BowlU certification.
